Framingham State senior and newly elected president of the Black Student Union (BSU), Kenzler Joseph is seeking to expand the impact of the group beyond the boundaries of campus into the community.
BSU is a student group that promotes diversity and celebrates Black culture. Joseph says he’s looking for opportunities for the group to volunteer at food pantries and homeless shelters.
“At the end of the day, it doesn’t get better than service, helping people and seeing the impact of what you are doing,” says Joseph, a Business Administration major. “I want to build greater connections in the community.”
